Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall IceCats

Due to the commitments and expenses associated with forming high school hockey teams, no refunds will be issued once a player has been officially rostered on a team. The initial $500 deposit is non-refundable. By accepting a roster position, families acknowledge that the IceCats Hockey Club immediately incurs costs related to league registration, roster commitments, coaching, ice scheduling, and other team expenses. As a result, registration fees become non-refundable after roster placement, regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including injury, relocation, scheduling conflicts, or voluntary resignation from the team. We encourage families to carefully consider their commitment before accepting a roster spot. Any exceptions to this policy will be considered only in extraordinary circumstances and at the sole discretion of the IceCats Hockey Club Board of Directors.
