Spring IceCats
The IceCats will once again offer a combined Spring and Summer training program under a single registration and fee. This all‑inclusive off‑season model keeps players on the ice, engaged, and developing from spring through summer and building momentum where it matters most.
All on‑ice sessions will be led by the IceCats Coaching Staff, ensuring high‑quality instruction and continuity throughout the off‑season. In addition, a strategically balanced off‑ice training program is being developed to further enhance strength, skill, and overall player development.
Spring evaluations will be held to establish initial placement for Varsity and Junior Varsity levels. Both teams will compete in the West Meadows Spring Hockey League while continuing a strong emphasis on comprehensive training and preparing athletes for the season ahead.
IceCats Coaching staff understands that participation in a spring high school sport may create scheduling conflicts. High school events will take priority over IceCats activities
